Judge Dougherty Attends the CASA Gala

Judge Dougherty attend the 2023 Court Appointed Special Advocates  (CASA) annual Gala.  This event recognizes people who have made significant contributions to CASA over the last year and raises much needed funds for the organization.  She was honored to receive a "Yarn Doll" award from the director of the State of Missouri Children's Division, Darrell Missey.  She received this accolade for her years of tireless support to juveniles in distress and foster families.
